The process is simple & straightforward.

1. Contact us.
Give us a call. We'll listen to understand your situation and your needs, privately discuss your options, and even help you with a strategic plan of action, if needed. Initial phone consultations are always free of charge, and always strictly confidential.

2. Make a payment.
To hire us, a payment is required. The amount is often discussed during your initial phone call, and typically based on: 1) Your specific service needs; and/or 2) The specific amount of time / hours desired.
Before beginning any investigative assignment, every client receives a written agreement for service, specific to them.

For your convenience, we accept many forms of payment like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Debit cards, & checks.
(If needed, our office can provide you with some undetectable payment options.)

3. Fill in the blanks.
Provide us with information that we'll need to do our job. As an example, for surveillance assignments, we may request some basics like name of person, their description or photo, their home/work address, their vehicle description, the time and/or place to start the surveillance investigation, or other relevant details.

Some clients may have all the requested information & more; while other clients have very minimal details to share. Either way, simply give us what you can & we'll take it from there.

4. We work on your case.
Once your payment and case information is received, we iron out any details, schedule your assignment as needed, and work on your case. We keep you well-informed with updates as we progress & ultimately help guide you towards your desired investigation goals.

It's often possible to start working on your case right away. However, the more notice you give us, the better. Planning ahead allows us the time to properly prepare, assign appropriate investigators, and schedule your private investigation needs accordingly. Clients are encouraged to make their reservation at least a few days in advance.
